NPFL announces new date for matchday 28 fixtures

The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, has rearranged the matchday 28 fixtures, DAILY POST reports.
The games were initially scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024.
The matches will now be played on Wednesday, April 3rd across all venues.

The NPFL disclosed this in a memo sent to all the 20 clubs on Wednesday.
Chief Operating Officer, Davidson Owumi stated that the games were moved due to logistics reasons.
He also advised that necessary logistics be put in place for a hitch-free game.
The state Federation Cup finals will be played this weekend.
